Due to hostilities against the City of Ashtan by the Vertani, we make a
formal declaration of war. Until such a time that diplomacy can be
re-established, we, the City of Ashtan, will remain in a state of war
with the Vertani threat. Those in question of our current state can
consult "City Relations Vertani".
Penned by my hand on the 9th of Lupar, in the year 382 AF.
