I was heartened by Ashtan's pledge not to slay our people, but it was
quickly broken by two of your citizens: Gamdol and Cirus, both of whom
murdered numerous of our citizens since your public pledge that Ashtani
will cease their attacks on us.

Ashtan must cast these murderers out of the city and disavow all
friendship with them in order to prove that you are serious about
preventing our murders. If you cannot even stop your own citizens from
slaying us, the Vertani are truly the better option.
