Dear Hingar,

I was just wondering whether your "protection" of the villages would
protect them from all who wish to kill their citizens, or just protect
them from Ashtanites and Mhaldorians? It just doesn't seem like very
good protection if you would allow, say, someone like myself slaughter
everyone in a village just because I am not a citizen of Ashtan or
Mhaldor. Indeed, my question arises not because I am really all that
worried about the citizens of the villages, but because I often kill
these same villagers. I was happy to hear that the ogres in Dun did not
accept your protection because they, along with the nasty orcs that they
reside with, are among my favorite to kill. Frankly, though, I am just
not that picky regarding which villages I choose to raid. So, are you
planning on providing true protection to the villages, or is this just
another plot of yours to further your cause against Ashtanites and
Mhaldorians? If it happens to be the latter, your offer just doesn't
seem to be very sincere.
