Sorry indeed to inform you, Sir, and you, Lady, but my waterweird Glomp
has owned Delos for many decades now already. The regular puddles of
water he has left in the Streets of Delos over the past years must have
skipped your attention.
He has always enjoyed people spending time in his town, for he does
enjoy company, as long as this company does not buy too much icecream,
for he fancies that little sweet treat a lot, and does not like to see
it sold out.

So, if you and your friends would like to continue strolling the streets
of Delos, please, indeed, do so, just remember about the icecream.

By the way, Glomp owns as well: Forrest Watch, certain rooms on the
Raphaelan Highway, the Hot Springs in Arcadia, and a couple of trees in
secret locations, which he waters regularly.
