Hello all, again

I would like to point out the error that was my previous post. I was
grossly misinformed and almost everything in that post was not true.
First off, I didn't notice that there was a post involving the Treaty
prices. Second, it was my personal error and bad judgement that caused
me to write the post... it truly wasn't necessary and I apologize for
it. I finally see the light of the Treaty and why It was created. I
apologize for that previous post, and if you aren't Magi, just ignore
it!
