and it greatly dispeases me that you have been, or feel as if you have
been, wronged. Please accept my condolences for your recent losses.

As a Qui'anar Corpuos Consumea of the mortal order in service to the
Lord of Death, please accept my apologies on behalf of an organization
in which both Muteps and Pantalaimon both humbly serve. They are
sincere, loyal hard working individuals and neither are subject at this
time to dismissal for what they have done, though you have my assurances
that it will be reviewed for further study. I would like to submit
myself to either of you should further problems, or concerns arise or if
you simply have questions on the matter. Please do not hesitate.
