As before, I am serving as a translator for Overlord Estan of the
Vertani Empire. Here is his message:

People of Sapience. I come to you deeply disappointed. As Jardon has
previously stated, Muteps and Pantalaimon, of the Sentaari, Hashan, and
the Shamans, saw fit to murder our labourers whom we had graciously, and
at our expense, assigned to build an aqueduct to relieve the suffering
of the elJaziran people.

We trust that the organizations to which these animals belong will see
that they are punished in the most painful of ways, and cast out
forever. The perfidy must not be allowed to stand, lest it drive a rift
between our two peoples. We were performing an unequivocally charitable
act in order to help relieve the suffering of a people nobody on your
continent appeared willing to help, and we are rewarded with a dagger in
the back.

The Ascendant wishes you well, and trusts that appropriate action will
be taken, that the people of Vertan and the Sentaari, Hashan, and the
Shamans continue in friendship.

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Sarapin, in the year 381 AF.
