In response to Hamon's post: No, not all thieves take pleasure in seeing
our targets "squirm, curse, and yell." Not all of us are like Hamon and
steal for the pure "pleasure" of inflicting pain on others. Some of us
just thieve when we need something. Or when someone else needs something
that they don't have access to. Some of us have been thieved in the
past, so we know what it feels like."Squirming, cursing, and yelling" is
simply an outlet for the frustration and an attempt to cope with the
loss of valuables.

I do have to agree with Tear though. If you don't like what happened to
you, then do something about it. If you're not strong enough kill a
thief yourself, hire against them or get a friend to do it for you.
Public complaints only fuel the ego of people like Hamon.
