Stepping down as Matriarch

Well this is all very rapid. As much as I would like to allow the dust
to settle before more upheaval I need to step down as the guildmistress
of our beloved guild. It is a rare honour to need to vacate the position
under these circumstances, but a body simple can not hold the Mayan
Prelate position as well as the Archprelate one. So it is that I invite
all contestations to my GMship.
I do ask that you not allow waiting time for the niceties, you won't
hurt my feelings by contesting right away, this needs to be settled and
sorted out as soon as possible for the Church to have stable and secure
leadership. If you believe that you have the time, the courage and
conviction to be the guild's next guiding light then contest away.
It was been an honour to work with this guild and those in leadership
during my term as GM. From the day I stepped up we have had strong,
competent secretaries. We've created massive changes in the gradtraining
system and hopefully taken the guild forward. Now I ask you all you
carefully choose your next GM, read what the contenders have to say,
think on all they have done and if you don't know them to well feel free
to talk to them and get to know them better. If they plan to step up t
the position they should not be upset with your questions.
Again let's go for a quick smooth transfer of leadership, but do put all
due consideration into it.
Love you all
Meri
