I think you will find that Baelgrim Fortress was raised by Lord Sartan.

Mhaldor itself was constructed by the followers of Evil sometime this,
despite the insignificant efforts of the Divine Alliance at that time.

I think you will also find that it was indeed Shallam that started this
whole 'cityenemy Mhaldor citizens' farce.

You did hit the nail right on the head in your previous post, however,
when you stated there was not a lot of difference between 'good' and
Evil. Personally the only difference to myself is that we state our
goals and objectives and carry them out, rather than claiming to be
benign citizens of this realm, who are simply 'cleansing' it of the
'unholy'.
