What's all this then? 75 years of Jestering? No one told me! Well to be
honest, it just sort of occured to us too. We aren't the best with
dates. In theory there maybe should've been some sort of commemoration,
celebration or some such, but that would've taken preparation and other
things that we didn't do, unlike this post.

When remembering the anniversary of something that happened long ago,
one is presented with a couple of choice, to tell the story of the event
that is being remembered, to recount the tales that have happened since,
to present a stirring vision of the future, or to write a rambling post
that has little to do with any of those. Not being one for posts that
aren't at least a little rambly, I'm gonna have to go with the last
option.

The jesters were founded long ago, how long exactly, I don't remember.
The important thing here is that when they were founded was probably
around today, except long ago. And that's why I'm writing this post.

This concludes the official celebration of the jester's 75th
Anniversary. You are all strongy encouraged, under pain of a good
bitchslapping, to have your own personal celebrations with the many
voices in your head that accompany the state of insanity to which the
jesters have driven you over the course of thier existance. Go us!
