Hello, hello Sapience! As Ashtan gets around to honoring the Ashura, we
will be holding a Raffle for all of the world to participate in, for the
chance to win money!

You may send in a maximum of TEN Entries. Each Entry is a Letter, with
your name written on it, containing 250 gold. Obviously, letters with no
gold, no name, or, resulting to more than the 10 allowed per person will
be discarded.

A tophat IS being used, to assure fairness. The winner will be chosen on
