I have never, after a lifetime (well, its seems like it) spent reading tedious bb posts, EVER read such unadulterated rubbish as the ARC Charter.
First and foremost, by what divine right do you claim to control the issuing and withdrawal of ratting licences?
Second, its not just the gold that youngsters such as I crave when we go ratting - its the experience that gives us levels, you fools! And don't say we all have licences by default, what the heck is the point of setting up a club in the first place if everyone automatically belongs to it anyway?!!
Third, I believe Priests depend on killing rats in order to make the necessary sacrifices to keep their shrines well-maintained - that essential activity cannot be denied them.
Lastly, if I see a post here from our divine Creator, the Lord Sarapis, endorsing the concept of the ARC then I'll eat my backpack, until then....
