that the Occultists will not recognize that your little
ARC even exists. And if you even THINK about trying
to impose your will on any of us, be prepared to pay
dearly. The Occultists require no "ratting liscence",
we will rat wherever and whenever we want. Oh-and as
for your enforcers... *ROFL*! Thats a good one! Perhaps
