Greetings Sapience

There has been many posts back and forth about orphans and where they
belong to etc. To make things easier I have decided on an easy way to
label orphans so we all know how they are to be treated and where they
belong.

From this day forth all Ashtani orphans are to be branded with the
Zarathustran eagle of freedom. This I feel will cut down on much
confusion about the orphans.
