Greetings, Sapience.

This is to address the fate of two soon-to-be former members of my
Family, that of Lord Twilight Trismegistus. I can already hear some of
you asking yourselves, "Reznik? Didn't he say he left?" Yes, I did. I
left because I was disgusted by policy decisions made by some of Us,
their refusal to acknowledge these mistakes, and further refusal to
correct them. However, I was asked to return. I was asked to lead the
Order. And that is exactly what I shall do.

Askiva... there was a time when you were a great asset to Our Order.
Your work within the Order was passionate and when there were few of Us,
was indispensible. However, your attempts to dictate Our external policy
have led to calamity. You act without thinking, and your individual lack
of foresight and thought have brought disgrace upon our entire Family.
What is worse is that you consistently refuse to admit any error on your
part, you refuse to correct the mistakes you refuse to admit you made,
and then undermine the efforts of others to correct them. It is said
that the ability to admit error is the mark of a good leader - but I
don't think there are words to describe the kind of leader you are.

Askiva, it was -your- decision to harbor thieves from -two- aligned
Orders within the span of a month. Did you stop to consider the
consequences? No. Two Orders possessed of ideology similar to Our own,
and you screwed them. The hard work of countless Family members to show
that Darkness is more than deception, thrown away. And for what?
Because, in your own words, you were bored. Boredom is no reason to
jeapordize Family. Boredom is no reason to antagonize potential allies.
This is but the most recent of your colossal errors, most certainly not
the first... but it will be your last.

Deception is a tool like any other. However, with skill in manipulation
and deception comes responsibility. Responsibility to use these tools in
a way that will not bring harm to those around you. Responsibility not
to use these tools unless you have to. This is a responsibility you have
never felt -bothered- to apply to yourself.

Talk of deception immediately brings to mind another name. Darknight.
Darknight, Darknight, Darknight... you have put forth a valiant effort
to pull the wool over Our eyes. However... I have not forgotten your
words to me after departing Mhaldor. Darknight looks out for Darknight,
and him alone. I am very well aware of this and your pattern. You join
an organization, you bust ass and polish your shoes and do all the
things that good guildmembers or Order members do... and you advance.
Quickly. But once you gain power, you get bored. There's no challenge
left. And so you advance your own agenda. Just like you're doing right
now.

I told you to leave the Thothians alone. You didn't. You kept right on
prodding them. You brought your friends to Our temple, you whispered in
Askiva's ear, and are partially responsible for landing all of Us in a
quagmire. You -continue- to antagonize Mhaldor to this day. The Order
will not pay for your vendettas or for your pride. You will hide behind
Us no longer.

Both of you now forment discontent within the Order. In the name of
"healing" and "unity" you undermine every effort to correct the
horrendous policy decisions -you- have put in place. In the name of
"balance" you work ceaselessly to fragment the Order, and against
Father's words you insist on maintaining the imbalances that created
this mess. You harass those that disagree with you and insult their
intelligence with half-truths and accusations that they cannot See, that
they do not Know.

Both of you exhibit traits of nearly every qlippothic force in your
actions and words. You refuse to acknowledge error. You refuse to change
your ways or consider that your ways may be wrong. You preach hollow
words of enlightenment and half-truths to mislead those not yet fully
Awakened. To hear, Askiva, that you -dare- even consider an order purge
is nauseating. You are responsible for this. You both are the reason
that loyal Order members of many years have come to me, expressing
horror at your actions and the direction you are dragging this order.
You are the reason that our best and brightest now even -consider-
leaving Our prestigious Family. We, and I, will not stand for this.

You do represent Darkness. You represent the qlippoth. You represent and
are something that no Darkwalker should ever be or even consider
acceptable. And for that, you are Darkwalkers no more.
