Theft

In the Tanjinn we have very strict honor guidelines. When I wrote them,
I based them off of some nearly-Tyranical teachings garnered by Laergon
speaking of the build of the early Kharon Empire, and combined that with
some of what I've learned of Knights' honor codes. Theft is not
acceptable for a Tanjinn. We have outguilded those who wantonly steal
and refuse to stop, and will continue to do so.

In a recent case an youngling was relieved of 70k gold due to the
'credit transfer' scam and when I found out about it I ordered the
Tanjinn, Zephyos, to return the Gold, or the Credits. He claimed he
spent everything and would pay this child back over time with all his
bash gold. I find this utterly unacceptable for a Tanjinn Monk but in
this case he believed it to be ok since theft is not Illegal as ruled by
the Logos. I know he won't be doing it again but that doesn't negate his
wrongdoing. He is open PK to you all for 7 months and I wish for him to
learn a very valuable lesson. The Tanjinn aren't Thieves, we leave that
to those who specialize such a talent and make an artform of it. We are
thinkers and perfectionists of Strength and Honor. If anyone else ever
experiences a theft from a Tanjinn, I ask you report it to me directly.

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Aeguary, in the year 371 AF.
