Erikarn, as someone who doesn't live under the laws of Ashtan I felt it
my duty to correct the grave misunderstanding that you took when
explained our laws. We protect our citizens and those merchants within
our city that are granted limited protection as citizens upon announced
visits within our walls. We do protect innocent law abiding -CITIZENS-
within our walls. Oddly enough, that single word seems to not apply to
any of those listed.

Hopefully I have enlightened you and corrected the misgivings upon our
laws, if for nothing else then for future refrence and accountability.
