Jaru requested Shallam's help. Shallam responded by helping them to hire
builders to Build the North wall and the West gate in Jaru. The Mayor of
Jaru has total control over the gates and will reopen them when he wants
to not when Shallam wants him to. Shallam has no control over the Mayor
of Jaru and what he is doing. Please direct any qyestions about the
gates to the Mayor of Jaru.
