Greetings,

Oakstone has decided that holocaust will be punished in the same way as
extermination, due to its near identical effects. Therefore anyone
holocausting a forest, garden, or jungle room will be forest enemied and
compelled to serve an enemy term of 5 years and pay a fine of 20,000
gold for each room holocausted. Failure to pay the fine by the end of
the enemy term will result in the enemy term continuing until the fine
has been paid.

We realize that this is a harsh term, but the damage caused to the
forest by a holocaust bomb is great, and we feel the
detterent/punishment threatened by Oakstone must also be great.

All those who were previously enemied for holocausting have now been
informed of their enemy terms and fines. If you believe you were forest
enemied for holocausting and have NOT received a message from me in the
past few months with a fine and enemy term, please contact me so we can
sort things out.
