Shallam,

It seems Mhaldorians can no longer stroll the streets of Jaru without
being attacked by the hand of Shallam citizens. It has come to my
understanding you regard Jaru as being apart of your city. So we have
decided to butcher the streets of Jaru and let the blood of the weak
flow down its streets. Until you recognize Jaru is not yours.
