You apparently still can't see. I'm not questioning whether or not the
Naga idealistically should feel they have a right to cancel our
wormholes, and take their spaces. I'm just saying, the reasons you gave
were not logically sound, yet apparently you thought they were, else you
would have simply said "We're trying to be as annoying as possible"
which is more the case. I understand the 'plan of interest', you seem to
feel the need to offer some reason for it, and you did so stupidly.
Sorta like how your actions were in correlation with Torment.

Second, bully? Push people around? Nah. You just have your sights set
too low. "Let's annoy the Dawnstriders by taking whips, which are
impossible to keep safe anyway (flame sigil means it can't be taken when
dropped, so by Lathis' definition of theft as the loss of something,
weapons can always be stolen). Oh, and, while we're at it, we'll cancel
their wormholes!" Fine. If it makes you happy, you can waste time on
such as that. Me, I like the fact that the Naga, and Mhaldor in general,
are basically an ineffective city. You press for war, yet can not see
that it will gain you nothing. Even if you for some weird reason 'won'
it, and all of Shallam's soldiers left the army, what would you have
accomplished? The rest of Sapience is not going to start liking you, and
you're right back to where you are now. The Naga, and Mhaldor in
general, really need to find some way to actually effect Shallam. Or any
of the other cities, really, since diplomacy is not something Mhaldor
has figured out yet.

Lesse...oh, check your figures for wormholes. See, you're not counting
the ones of yours that we took down, and were put back. Well over five.
Not to mention you keep score in a rather flawed way. But I won't go
into that now, you probably won't understand it. Suffice it to say, we
cancel and resplice when we have nothing else to do. You make it a
priority.

As for your intentions, well, wonderful as they may be, you still are
going about it all wrong. This 'Weakness', together, is a heck of a lot
stronger then Mhaldors 'Strength'. Again, diplomacy. Heck, you even
commented earlier, when Jhui killed Cain, that "I had to get dragons to
help me". And as I said then, and as I'll say here, no, I don't. Dragons
choose to help me. Why? Diplomacy. Because I'm not rabid about "Crush
the weak! Crush the weak!", and then deciding everyone who isn't in my
city is weak. I'll take help from anyone who'd choose to help me, be it
from someone far stronger then me, to the tiniest of newbies. And I will
return the favor whenever and wherever I can.

Oh, and, on a personal note, Silvaria, you recently realized that, yes
indeed, Aista likes it better over here, I do believe. And, you'll find
Riananne a Dawnstrider quite soon, she was not at all pleased with you
stealing her whip, because you thought she was a Dawnie previously. I
also know you've approached a fair few of my Dawnies to try and get them
to go Naga, and hurt the guild in the process, Dariela, Marlwolf, etc.
You'll note those failed as well. The Naga's track record really isn't
all that sparkling and shiny, in one of the things that really counts,
namely, number of members.

Oh, and, just as a note for the other serpent guilds, Silvaria sent an
interesting tell to Dariela, about how she'll keep this canceling going
on until the Dawnstriders acquiesce (my word, not hers, obviously) that
the Naga are the 'rulers of the serpent guilds', or some such. I forget
the exact wording, I was kinda laughing at the time. As such, she -may-
pick a bone with you. Unlikely, I have yet to see Mhaldor stand by it's
stance that all the rest of Sapience is weaker then them, and so should
be crushed. They can't seem to make up their minds, really, either to
attack all those perceived weaker then themselves (i.e., everyone), or
to actually try and get some of those weaker types to help them. Go
figure. Anyway, just some thoughts.

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Aeguary, in the year 367 AF.
