Koiwa secondtier - Fail

Greets, all

Melinda and I conducted Koiwa's secondtier, and it all went wrong.
Besides Melinda did an amazing job 😛

Okay, the reasons... Firstly, it was very obvious he didn't really care
for nature at all. He would choose guildmates or himself before nature.
He insulted me also, over tells to Melinda, saying I didn't have a good
sense of humour.. *mumble* He wasn't being serious, was very impatient,
and wouldn't respect authority. (Wouldn't stop asking questions instead
of answering etc.. ). We gave him many chances, asked multiple questions
to see if we could feel he was truly caring for nature, but we came to
the conclusion he wasn't suited for the guild.

Also, when would ponder to find out more, he would take his time and
answer very, very shortly. He even made us feel like he was somewhat
exasperated when having to be more specific.

It wasn't fun at all having to fail him, but both Melinda and I felt we
had no other choice.

Oh, bofore I forget.. Koiwa was already marked prior to the interview,
if you guys want to have a look at why 😉

Faithfully,
Fatima
