and all villagers of Eleusis

Dear Eleusian Ruling Council and villagers of Eleusis,
Why, I ask, are Mhaldorians still not allowed within your fair village?
Mhaldor, herself, has lifted her martial law for all but the Shallamese;
Eleusians are allowed to visit Mhaldor if they please. Even the
Shallamese so graciously allow Mhaldorians to roam freely within Shallam
so long as they follow the laws of Shallam during their visit.
Yet Eleusis maintains her policy of discrimination against citizens of
Mhaldor.
I am not a citizen of Mhaldor nor a villager of Eleusis so many of you
gentle readers are probably saying I have no reason, and certainly no
right, to question what the village of Eleusis chooses to do and whom
they allow- or disallow- within the confines of their village.
So if I am not allowed to question Eleusis perhaps one of their
villagers, after reading this, will and that villager will generously
impart upon me whatever answer he or she is given.
Sincerely,
Keryth Darkthorne, a questioning soul
