I'm just going to say this: Matty wasn't compatible with Daare, our
former Imperiate. Matty was a great citizen and arcanist. I'm pretty
sure that he would have remained with us had he not been kicked from the
city, wrongly so in my opinion, but that's me. Perhaps he was wrong to
blast Kitt in his post but it's obvious that there's some personal
dislike that most of us know nothing about. Maybe even justifiable in
his own reasoning. I don't care. That's all I have to say on it.

I'm not sure exactly why Hataru quit the Arcanists, but quit she did.
Probably for the best as she's happy now and that's all that matters.
