Dear Sapience,

I address all of you today, and it has indeed been a rough few months.
My soul returned today to my body to find that my body had been posessed
by another soul. A "demon" i guess you could call him. I have been
hearing horror stories of the atrocities that were committed in my name
including the defilation of my body, which was heartstopped in excess of
one hundred times. I now reside in the fifteenth circle of experience. I
have recieved many concerned tells and i can understand the confusion
with the situation, as i myself am having trouble making heads and tails
of what exactly happened.

I would also like to take the opportunity to explain my side of the
story involving my recent outguilding from and enemying the Warlocks and
Ashtan:

First, let me explain some background. I entered the guild only a few
years before Horatio took his leave and stepped down as Guildmaster,
naming Antori as his successor. With Antori's term as guildmaster
beginning, the guild decided to start an elemental house system, naming
4 of the guild secretaries as heads of each of the elemental houses,
earth, air, fire, and water.

I was appointed an aide to the earth house by Lady Aethena Le'Cour
alongside Faunus Ta'sa. Ardesco Moonflair was made fire house head, Jack
Moonflair was made Air House head, and if there was a water house head,
their name slips my mind.

Members of the guild began to pick up on some subtle actions and corners
being cut near the time of Aegis's return. Let it be said and
re-re-reiterated that i am in no way Anti-Aegis nor did i say anything
derrogatory about him or his order. Though Jack took it upon himself to
fully integrate Aegis into the Air house's funtionality, offering
special consideration for order entry for those who were in his house,
guildfavors /disfavors for those who protected aegean shrines and large
offerers. Keep in mind at the time Matsuhama was still the guild's
patron. Jack is a very hard worker, and many of his ideas for air house
i agreed with, though i thought it was unethical to make one of the four
elemental houses solely devoted to Aegis to the extent of dealing with
shrine matters, which are Aegis's order's responsibility. Now, when i
made a few posts bringing light to my discontent in the way Jack was
handling air house, i was met with harsh words from both Jack and Warloc
who took it upon themselves to explain to me "how things were going to
be" I was informed that Aegis was going to be patron, though no
referendum or guild poll was made. The decision was not made by the
guild, it was made by an individual or small group of individuals. I was
divinefavored by matsuhama for my posts made on his behalf against the
shameless plugging of Aegis in the guild and the blatent disrespect that
was being shown to him. Soon after, Matsuhama left and upon further
discussion he mentioned that it was not unexpected but most unsettling.

Upon speaking with Warloc and Jack, an argument ensued, which i in no
way instigated other than stating my opinions on the guild boards. I was
Guilddisfavored and put on probation, i went from guildrank three back
to guildrank two. Strike one.

Apparently without being notified myself, i was put in some strange
state of " double secret probation" even after i was taken off of
probation for lack of cause. It would have been much different had the
guild convicted me of some wrongdoing, but it seemed i was to blame for
something that noone could figure out. This limited my ability to get
guildfavors, though it leads me to believe this was something contrived
to shut someone up because i was guildfavored by not one, but 3
different secretaries during said "guildfavor ban" Upon further
questioning, i could find no legit reason for this ban other than the
argument that was had with jack and warloc, the one that i did not
instigate. I was Guilddisfavored again by Antori and i suspect under the
influence of certain guildmembers. Strike two.

So by this time i have been guildrank two three times, and guildrank
three twice. Warloc's and Jack's obvious disposition towards me and my
obvious lack of guild authority kept me from doing anything substantial
to remedy the situation and it seemed as if few cared.

I recieved another disfavor, once again from Warloc for "recieving
illegitimate guildfavors" from secretaries who were witness to my work
for the guild as an aide to the earth house. I was also supported by
three secretaries to succeed Aethena and become Earth house head and
Secretary. By this time Insult had been added to injury. I once again
felt my abilities were being ill used and thought it better on my own. I
managed to refine 3000 crystals from the Warlock master crystal before
Ardesco cought notice. What ensued was very very ugly.

The Warlocks claimed that i had gone insane and stolen 3000 crystals,
now... What's more insane... Leaving a guild with one combat capable
skillset and get hunted or Making sure you're well prepared for the
onslaught. Well just as predicted, a team of three young warlocks, high
on propaganda came to slay me. And they were quickly dispelled.

I was ejected from ashtan for DEFENDING MYSELF from an unwarranted
attack from a citymate and was so strung out by this point i didn't feel
like arguing. So i did not resist, and Degar promptly ejected me and
enemied me to the city i fought so hard to protect for so many years. I
hope some light has been shed on my "insanity" and perhaps i inspired
some of you to thinking. Are these the words of a madman, or someone who
was ill understood. This is not a sob story, i do not crave sympathy,
but i do still wish for the best of Ashtan and the Guild
