This is an official statement from the Eleusian Council to any future
visitors to Eleusis. This post is considered forewarning enough,
ignorance to our policies will not be accepted as an excuse for breaking
them henceforth.

It is illegal to use gleam publicly in Eleusis, or to reside in public
areas in the Village if you are visibly affected by gleam or gleam
withdrawal. Any who fail to meet these standards within our boundaries
will be enemied for 1 year and fined 2k.

It is illegal to buy or sell gleam within Eleusis. Any who do so will
face 3 years enemy status and be fined 10k.

Repeat offenses will receive harsher penalties.
