is then sold by the footpads to you disgusting addicts at a profit.

orphans as they can and deliver them for processing. What kind of
processing you may ask?

Perhaps the abandoned Occultic practice of extracting the pineal gland
of orphans has been taken over and modified for the creation of this
drug that you seem to enjoy.
