Many are the rumours that have reached Mhaldor about both yourself, and
your mysterious organisation.

Mhaldor has always preached that the strong will dominate the weak, and
we salute your efforts. Shallam, naturally, while preaching 'freedom for
the masses' has threatned to destroy you, and your different way of
life.

While I am sure you are more than capable of looking after yourselves,
know that you have a possible ally in Mhaldor.

Should you or one of your agents wish to meet, and discuss this, you
need only contact us. Should you have a need for a city willing to
overlook some of your more 'shady' actions, you need only contact us.
Should you require a place to vendor your ill gotton gains, for a small
cut of the profits, you need again only contact us.

If you, or your agents are wary of approaching a city official, I would
suggest contacting Mulisha. If you have no concerns, then any city
Viceroy or myself would be happy to discuss the situation with you.
