Strange events have taken over several cities in the world. In efforts
to coordinate information, a group of leaders from each city (save
Mhaldor) met to share information about recent events that probably seem
too coincidental. Some information cannot be shared, as the very people
who read these may be traitors.

Ashtan
-A pimp was found hanged. Investigations continue.
-Epicurus has been drugged. What information does he have?
-Harald arrived in Ashtan offering to set up a service to sell herbs
cheaply. He had met with a forked-tongued snake named Ysven. Harald
hasn't been seen since.

Hashan
-13 tapestries have been stolen, some right out from under Damaris's
nose. Damaris suggested to talk to Kriegan.
-Kriegan, the Prince of Thieves suggested that Ashtan and Shallam were
trying to invade his territory. He did not mention names. He warned that
the only way Hashan would get the tapestries back is before they became
part of a collection.
-Hashan gave permission for Kriegan to move the Fence Dakron surface
side and run a pawn store.

Eleusis
-Harald had tried to force himself as a citizen of the city, but was
clearly unwelcome. He left Eleusis with some rather bitter words.
-A casino-on-wheels is operating in Eleusis. One name eludes me, but
Blackthorne should be remembered.
-Set of thugs had kidnapped Elias, the Gatekeeper. Tiah, the little girl
has also been reported missing.

Shallam
-It would behoove you to read Events 119.
-Man named F. arranges an agreement with Council to set up a loan and
gambling outfit. Both are proven to be frauds.
-An assassin is hired to kill Rarch, as well as one of F's messengers.
-DeBurr, Reinhold's shops are looted, their owners beaten up. Thugs are
reported to smell like sewer.
-Maelius was found to be a traitor. Interrogations revealed he was paid
by F., which stands for Ferret, who runs a gang known as the morning
cloaks. He suggested their headquarters be near Shallam.
-The operation was run out of the townehouse in events 119. This month,
nearly 30 robed men were operating behind doors. A raid cleaned them
out.

Cyrene
-Shalya, the bellydancer complained of extortion.
-The city gathered information confirming extortion of many shopkeepers.
-Daneil, the drapper thug has complained and has come into conflict with
both the local authorities as well as with some other underground power.

underground organizations.
