Hail, Sapience
I see you miserable little rumour mongers are busily scribbling your
fantasies about what transpired in Mhaldor with Darknight, so I will set
the record straight.
Darknight was not under the influence of Lord Sartan, he didnt follow
Lord Sartan, nor was he in any way in contact with Lord Sartan. He in
fact served Lord Thoth, and was placed within his holy order.
Darknight did what he did for two reasons, first: Just as he has proved
in his past history, he likes screwing over organisations, as it brings
him a lot of attention, and makes him feel important. Secondly, it
allowed him to steal much gold and a clan from the Tanjinn.
A lot of you would like to pretend he did it as some stance against
evil, or some worthy struggle to preserve the Tanjinn to the cause they
have always followed. The fact is he went against everything the Tanjinn
stand for, and is little more than a miserable thief.
Darknights treachery was long known in Mhaldor, what wasnt known is how
many people actually supported him.
Hatred is good, fuel it, and direct it against evil. Be under no
illusions, however. Darknight did what he did for reasons of self gain
and material wealth, and nothing he, or anyone else says is going to
alter that fact.
