Where to begin..
First, to the Tanjinn, Good on you!. Forever have I heard people saying
they fight for what they believe in and forever do I see those same
people sitting idly by while their morals, beliefs and ideals are
trampled upon. Well done on proving that the fight worth fighting for,
actually needs -action- to be fought.
Secondly, to the War of Good and Evil. Shallam may hate me for this,
Mhaldor may feel the same, my family may abandon me and my friends may
follow, but as I am not a member of the Church, Shallam, Mhaldor or
their 'Church of Evil', I do not care. The time has come to take a stand
and show what -I- believe in.
I was a citizen of Shallam for a total of -about- 6 years. During that
time, while I lived by their rules and made my judgements based upon
what they would think, I did not agree with them or their treatment of
those not of their City. This treatment I also viewed first-hand when I
left Shallam and joined the City of Eleusis.
Shallam, you speak of respect, honor, Faith, hope, Light, Good - yet you
do not fully follow these ideals. Respect to all, until that time comes
when they lose it. I have seen Citizens of Shallam treat Novices not of
Shallam, with contempt, disgust and utter disrespect. A Novice may very
well be of Mhaldor, but you cannot condemn one who is beginning their
life, upon the actions of Elder members of the City they choose. Our
path in life chooses us, it is the way of Destiny, Fate, call it what
you will. We follow where our heart lies. Do not judge on the mistakes
of others. Judge what -you- see.
Mhaldor, you call for War, you call for bloodshed. Yes, the fight of
Good and Evil is always being fought, but it is a fight with a point.
You call for War, for what? To try and prove for once and for all that
you are better than Shallam? If you desire War, perhaps you should seek
a purpose. Shallam will not fight just because you wish to do so. I have
met a few of your City Leaders, I have even had interesting
conversations with many Mhaldorians. You are smarter than people
believe, but without a purpose, they will continue to deny.
That is my piece. Love me, Hate me, I do not care anymore. I am here to
live my life how -I- choose. I am free to speak as -I- wish to speak. I
will no longer stand by and watch this wonderful world fall to ruin, for
fear of what people will think.
