Mhaldor is the epitomy of the Seven Truths of Lord Sartan.
Sometimes, it errs, but flows back into its destiny as such.
Now, the misinformed seem to keep flowing, throwing about
random, unthinked of, insults, be it to Mhaldor or to its
citizens, be it physical or in words, without understanding
what we really are.
Now, to my points.
First, Tiax. You are comparing our making of a senseless
law (which is no-littering) to the exorbitant prices for fines,
herbs and such that Eleusis makes? Well, if you can take
walking into a room, full of stuff which isn't supposed to be
there, Mhaldor can't. The home of the body, is the home of
the soul, and an unclean body makes the soul such. People
actually do patrols around the city, and having the discipline
we're supposed to have, we can't stand looking at an unkempt
room. If you can't stand cleanliness, don't enter Mhaldor
(besides, you can't anyway). Go hang out at the Crossroads or
something. Somewhere full of thrash. This discipline is not a
gift from Lord Sartan, it's our duty, so we have to impose
barriers to keep ourselves as disciplined. There is a reason for
our all our laws from within the Seven Truths. Eleusis, which,
by the way, considers herbs and the forest and their groves as
gifts and not as a business enterprise, is a totally different thing.
Don't ever compare the aforementioned two organizations in
that manner again
Second, Dakidark. Ever heard of Ignorance of the Law is no
Excuse. Stop saying you know nothing. You're much too
intelligent for that. For I may die or be forever enlightened, and
still never get the sense of releasing 50 butterflies into a city
where you're not allowed to go in anyway. Prank? That's why
we don't let people in the city. To prevent them from doing
irrelevant endeavors. Only way I can view it is as an insult to
the city of the Lord. Did something? Face the consequences.
You did something senseless? Expect a senseless response.
But you should know that Mhaldor is better than that. Think
before you act. You should know that.
And for those about you insulting our Daemonic Hand, know
him first. 12 year old? Look at yourselves first.
And cower.
Penned by my hand on the 18th of Scarlatan, in the year 359 AF.
