What is your problem?

As I read over the past few articles, pondering the various points about
enemy status, 'excessive fines', etc. I came to Darknight's article,
which truly was one of the most senseless responses I have ever read.
Aside from the obvious lack of care to look over what he wrote, as one
would expect from someone who serves in a high public office within one
of Sapience's cities, and as a Guildmaster - he acknowledges that Tiax's
article was meant as satire near the end of his response, and yet, in
the style of a twelve-year-old angry at
the world, throws insults throughout his response. If truly he did
consider Tiax's remarks offensive, then certainly common sense would
dictate that if he were to threaten anyone it would be Tiax, but alas,
common sense was in short supply during this response, he threatened
Tiax's mother?

I ask you, Darknight - are you really that stupid, or are you just using
his remarks about Mhaldor for your own personal gain? If you honestly
believe that Tiax's statements are insulting, and you are too arrogant
to just ignore someone you obviously don't respect, and must throw
threats about for what was clearly meant as a joke, threaten the author,
and stop using your status within Mhaldor as an excuse for some quick
experience.

As for Kaelin, I would argue that the large fines are neccesary as a
deterrent to those individuals who would exterminating as many forest
rooms as they could pay for. I don't claim to know the cost of
regenerating a forest room, but the fact remains that having such fines
stops many people from defiling the home of the members of Oakstone. I
would consider this the same as if someone were to place anti-Mhaldor
graffitti throughout Mhaldor, and all they had to do to be unenemied was
pay a fine for a bucket and some scrubbing - in which case they could do
the same thing all over again.

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Scarlatan, in the year 359 AF.
