You should unenemy Rosirine immediately, with due apologies for your
monumental mishandling and incompetent bungling of this matter, and
waive all fines you would otherwise raise.

To have someone enemied to the Forest for eleven years, thereby
effectively forcing that person to leave her Class and her home, while
not even possessing the wherewithal and elementary decency to present
that person with a term of punishment is inexcusable. It is more than
that, it is disgusting. It makes my stomach turn.

Your admittance of the fact that Rosirine's issue was "tabled" because a
Hierophant's feelings were hurt adds insult to injury. It seems the
Oakstone leadership is incapable of seperating personal matters from the
job they were appointed to. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism.

It is very sad to see people take responsibilities that they are
incapable of fulfilling. Ordinary decent people, when they notice they
are not up to the task they are pledged to do, will resign. Being
incapable of upholding one's own laws and not handing down a sentence
within eleven years - eleven years! - shows clearly that the leadership
of Oakstone lacks the competence to do their job. It is sad that people
must be forced out of their class, their homes, and essentially
destroyed before this becomes clear. The only honourable thing the
Hierophants can do is apologize, and resign.

I did not "harass" Rhakshai over this particular matter. I discussed it
with Venyon some ten years ago, trusting Oakstone to come up with a
sentence within a reasonable time-frame. When I recently heard Rosirine
was not handed a sentence after ten years, I could not believe it. The
only thing I asked Rhakshai was to confirm that Rosirine had, indeed,
not been handed a sentence. That is all I needed to know from her, and
all I will need to know.

Perhaps Oakstone can still be restored to what it once was under the
leadership of Gaia - but it seems to me that Oakstone is currently a
cruel parody of itself. Please - enough people have suffered because of
you. Stop enemying people to the Forest if you cannot be bothered to
sentence them! Stop pretending you are the mighty defensive arm of
Nature when you are incapable of performing even this simple task! Show
some insight into yourself, and take some responsibility! - and maybe,
maybe then things can begin to get better.
