My understanding is that Raelene, Narses, Rosirine, myself, and
countless others have wanted nothing more than Oakstone to actually
state terms of punishment.

To date Oakstone has not.

THAT is what is fundamentally unfair.

And while I am not a member of this new Clan, I certainly support its
basic premise that Oakstone seems to think it is above morals and ethics
and can state respond effectively, "When we feel like letting you know,
we will."

It may be able to do so to date, but each time Oakstone digs in its
heels and operates with such obvious and blatant disregard for common
courtesy, decency, and fundamental fairness, is another step closer to
the day it finds itself obsolete.

The difference between Rosirine's offense, and that of Oakstone's, is
that Rosirine's was clearly unintentional, while Oakstone's poor
performance, in light of your post, is no longer negligent, but has now
moved into intentional abuse of its powers.

Perhaps I am wrong, and you have actually stated a detminant sentence
for Rosirine. If so, feel free to let us all know. I am willing to wager
that Rosirine waives any rights of privacy she might have in this matter
(which, by providing the details you did, you clearly agree).

Even if you scurry together and determine a sentence and want to pretend
you had one all along, we'll all be willing to pretend with you.

Just name the terms.

That is the only request that has ever been made.

It is also less than honest to suggest that Rosirine wants special
treatment, and an outright lie to pretend that Oakstone has never
handled similar cases differently. The insulting tone towards Raelene
and Narses, and mischaracterizations of their efforts, could also use
some scrutiny, and I imagine they will have their own responses.

But those discussions can wait.
