Hello everyone. This post is basically about a large lottery I'm
hosting. Tickets are 1000 gold each, and you're allowed to buy multiple
tickets. The prizes themselves are 200 credits for 1st prize, and 100
credits for second prize. Anyone can enter, regardless of city, race,
guild, order etc etc.

There is, however, a small novelty to add extra spark. If the person who
buys the most tickets wins, either first or second prize, all the gold
they payed for their tickets will be refunded. If you buy the most but
don't win a prize, then I'll refund you 15 ticket's worth, i.e. 15000
gold, so it's at least more reasonable.

The lottery will be held over a long period to allow you all to buy
tickets, and the closing date is the (sorry for ooc) 10th of April, A
saturday, and the drawing will be at 12.00 GMT (midday).

The best way to buy tickets is from me personally, but feel free to mail
me gold, and above all, if you do mail it, remember to write your NAME
on the letter, otherwise it'd be a waste of gold. I hope you all take
part and have fun, as there never seem to be enough lotteries around.
