I say this: we rely on our companion daemons, as they rely on us. From
them, we acquire certain abilities not attainable by mortal means. From
us, they gain the opportunity to feast on sweet living flesh and the
souls of innocents. We work together, bound by blood and the blackest of
rituals, seeking the realization of Lord Sartan's vision of Sapience.
There is no greater trust in the realm.

Perhaps it is your faith in the Lord of Evil that is lacking, not the
daemon's honour.
