Blackrock and the Duergar

Lord Chieftain Guiliaume,
As the Chieftain of the Shattered Stone Dwarves and one who has directly
spoken with Lord Barak of the Blackrock Dwarves, I will put my honour on
the line to assure you that he did not in any way hint at a metaphorical
meaning to his words. Others who bolstered his claim of Father's
betrayal by dropping the mountain atop them, spoke of seeing the
mountain fall, thrown by Father's hand, and again, with no hint at a
metaphorical meaning. Surely, if they meant it to be an analogy, they
wouldn't have said directly that they saw the mountain fall with their
very eyes?
With regards to the Duergar, of which I have only the knowledge of the
tomes and my own personal interactions with you and yours, you are not
merely a collection of exiles and spurners of our Lord Father. There are
those who worship Him still, and even those in the past who did so. Of
course, this is information already available to you, and I'm sure you
know it. Others now know as well.
On a final note for this post, let it be known that Clan Shattered Stone
recognizes the Blackrock Dwarves as an actual clan, whether they are of
Kongol Drak or not. Lord Barak, I do hope you and the rest of Clan
Blackrock find again your roots, and return from the horrors that were
set upon you.
Lord a'Bertal,
Guardian of the Shattered Lands,
Chieftain of the Shattered Stones,
Chosen of the Lord Smith
Riashain
Penned by my hand on the 15th of Sarapin, in the year 358 AF.
