The Citizens of Ashtan are holding a National Lottery open to
all!

The tickets are in the form of arrows and are being sold in The
Mall of Carnage which is N N from the Central Market of Ashtan,
they are priced at 400gp per and will be on sale until the 1st
of Lupar, year 358. The winners will be announced at the end
of that month.

The prizes for the Lottery are:

- 1st place: 50 credits
50 of every herb

- 2nd place: 20 credits
20 of every herb

- 3rd place: 10 credits
10 of every herb

When the lottery ends, three arrow numbers will be picked at
random, the order in which they are picked will be the order in
which the winners are announced. I will post the winning
numbers on Public and give you one month to write me a letter
containing the winning arrow and your name. If I do not
recieve the letters, I will repost with the new winning numbers
and the original number shall be forfeited.
