Anti-Nature? Hardly.

It would seem that you are, in yourself, very limited in your views
towards the concepts of good and evil. Good is owning up to your
responsibilities and accepting consequence towards those actions. But
what you have mistaken as Sartan being Anti-Nature, you must be
illiterate, hiding in a hole in the ground.
Sartan -participated- in the Sartani Wars, and yes, he -did- exterminate
Lady Gaia's grove. But, and this is where history becomes bleak to the
illiterate such as yourself and most 'official' Druids, HE ONLY DID IT
BECAUSE GAIA MADE LIFE FOR HIM AND HIS ORDER MEMBERS A LIVING HELL. Yes,
that's right. It's a shame, I know, to have your image of this "grand"
Goddess ruined with the truth. But that's all this really is, or will
ever really amount to. The Truth. So here it is, Qwilleran, the truth,
like it or not.
1. Conor does -not- have the right to ban people from clans he deems
'inappropriate' or 'objectifiable'.
2. Just because the Mhaldorians take a different path than that of you,
doesn't mean you need to blatently call them all liars, thieves, and
exterminators. If I'm not mistaken, they are a part of every city, guild
and community on Sapience. Give me one instance where there aren't, and
I will retract that statement.
3. Mhaldorians do -not- needlessly exterminate the forest. Tybalt only
does it because it pisses off easily swayed people like yourself, who
follow behind the behind of the behind of someone. You're not really a
leader, or an official, hate to break it to you, Qwilleran.
4. Just because you 'believe' something to be true, does not make it
true. What you, and so many other Druids fail to grasp is that there is
ALWAYS more than one side to the 'truth.' Case in point Floralei. Look
at her. She's an Mhaldorian ex-Druid. Oh my, let's burn her at the
stake, people. Because you know, as a Druid, serving the Guild for many
years faithlessly, she's just going to run RIGHT out, and BURN all of
your groves into ashes. It's not like it would matter that much though,
you all use Grove Preservation, don't you? That's just not Floralei. I
am throughly ashamed of all this bickering going on about her and her
decisions. Haven't you made her life enough of a living hell? Think
back, people, she was your friend, confidante, and in some cases, your
lover. So you're just going to throw this all down the drain because she
changed her lifestyle? Well in that case, maybe I'll be straight.
5. This is for you, Conor. Know that I do what I do because I can, and
because I feel like it. But that doesn't mean it doesn't have
consequences as to my actions. That's what being a 'real' man is called.
Owning up to your responsibilities, not shunning them for difference. If
everyone acted the way you did, who gives a damn about the forest? You
could do it all on your own. But, since you can't, let's give some
credit where credit is long since checked past due. Wasn't Floralei the
one that saved your assess when that huge fire in Northreach erupted? As
I recall, she's died about five or six times trying to save the forest,
even though she wasn't a Druid. So how can you rightly call her a
traitor to Nature, when she's doing more to save it then you are?
Conor, just pull your head out from that hole in the ground you call
subserviance. It's so much nicer when you don't smell the cadavarous
scent of treachery all the time.
You may not think you 'own' nature, but that's seldom the case. I'm sure
that dictators do not 'own' things, but they just 'help them along
abit', right? If you truely believe that you do not own nature, then
open your mind to other's rights about the forest. Floralei has never
directly or purposely harmed the forest, and just because she's
proposing a Maldaathi-Druid guild, doesn't mean she's going to harm the
forest. SHE'LL STILL BE A DRUID for crying out loud.
There. That about sums it up, people. Summary? Qwilleran, learn the
facts, and Conor? Lighten up.
