It is with great pleasure that I announce an appending of the
Citizenship policy for the Bards!
From this day forth, Bards who have completed their education in the
Academie and are regarded as "full bards", who have also attained the
guildrank of Junior are eligible to reside in Shallam or Eleusis as well
as our campus home in Cyrene. Hopefully this will encourage those who
have in the past been apprehensive to apply for study with us to come
and spend the duration of their education in Cyrene, with the aim of
eventually leaving to seek gainful employment abroad in either of the
aforementioned cities.
