I've received certain messages which were very disturbing, and since I'm
not as resource filled as most of you are, this will be probably my last
post on the subject

I've been told that Covenant is the head of certain organizations which
should know better than I. Now, I won't dispute that. He's been here
longer than I am, and I respect him for the positions he holds, but
saying that he is right and I am wrong just because of that, is...
well... just plain ... whatever. The least I could say is that I will
not debate about this matter again, unless you people know how to post
arguments. Saying "he should know better because he is blah blah blah"
is just something called "ad hominem" in reverse. You're not worth any
argument if you're like that. It does not hurt if you put down your
pride and say you're wrong. I respect everyone for their beliefs, but
I'll always put logic in high regard.
And to those people who told me that "How about that weak someone who
beat up the mighty someone" Look at HELP SARTAN first, so you would know
how we define weak and strong.
Forget that double post.... It took me too long to get things done.
Covenant, I respect you. It's just that your arguments deserve negative
merit.
And, Liu, the Lion won't lose it's nourishment by eating plants. He
would just have a change of lifestyle. Also, about the baby, could you
give me one good reason why stealing his brother's food is wrong? It's
that old Pentharian/Lorielan vs. Sartan thing again. It's not wrong to
do that. Some cultures beyond Ulangi even throw their newlyborns into
the deep ocean (and they're not Grook at that) so that the infant would
learn to swim. Something being immoral is objective. About animals
having no free will? Don't be too sure. You present arguments without
being, in firsthand, a dog, or a lion. I'm not saying your wrong,
because I'm not sure either, like what I say about Covenant's claims.
What I'm saying is, don't state something categorically without being
sure of it.
