As many know of you know there used to be a Taint in Chaos. When the
Lady Mithraea ascended, this Taint in chaos was removed luckily. For
some reason despite this fact the Ashtan orphanage has continued to use
orphans in their experiments. This clearly is a tainted act and as such
the Occultists have decided to abolish all remnants of the Taint.

I would like to let it be known that the Occultists guild has officially
abolished all remains in the Taint of Chaos by stopping the murder of
orphans in the Loving Hearts Orphanage. Soon I will be able to say that
not a single orphan will be killed in the Loving Hearts Orphanage for
use in Occultic Experiments.

Instead the orphanage will be finding nice homes for all the orphans, or
places of apprenticeship. Any who are unable to have kids of their own
are encouraged to contact me so I can put you on the list for a
background check, and then provide an orphan with a home of their own!

So please, grant these roaming orphans a second chance. And remember:
The Future lies in the hearts of children.
