Greetings all Tsol'aa! I have a wonderful announcement to make.
A contest will be held to define a proper Tsol'aa emotion, much like
Atavians have 'preen', the Ramajala have 'groom' and 'hairball' and so
forth. It is gratiously being sponsored by Clementius, the Weaver. We
should all recognize this as a wonderful chance for us to capture the
essence of our race with something special only to us!
The winner will have his or her idea immortalized forever as a small
part of our ancient racial history. I will also add a small reward of
100 moss. If anyone wishes to donate additional prizes they would be
warmly welcomed. Let's make this special!
The syntax should include a short name for the emotion itself. (example:
preen) and these 5 things...
1: What it would look like to the person doing it, if not doing TO
anybody in particular.
2: What it would look like to everybody else in the room, if a person
does it without doing it TO anybody in particular.
3: What it looks like to the person doing it.
4: What it looks like to the person that is receiving the action.
5: What it looks like to onlookers in the room.
(3,4,5 are all if you are doing it TO someone, like NOD BILL)
Clementius reserves the right to change things around, but he will make
every effort to maintain the form and spirit of what you send in. Please
limit each submission to one idea per person and message them to
Heartsong by the Scarlatan 1st, of the year 352. I will sort them out
and hold a huge Tsol'aa clan referendum where everyone will vote for a
winner.
If you are having trouble truly grasping what it means to be a Tsol'aa
perhaps read a bit of the Mythos where we mounted specially trained
spiders. Or maybe wander around the Aalen, look at the Tsol'aa villagers
there, or ask anyone in the Tsol'aa clan what they feel that it means to
be a Tsol'aa. Also, if you are a Tsol'aa and are not yet part of the
Tsol'aa clan but wish to be, simply ask one of the Qui'anar under
CLANHELP TSOLAA. We would love to welcome you to our family.
Good luck everyone!
By the light of the Aalen moon,
Heartsong Rhalia-Sequiou'ya
Penned by my hand on the 6th of Chronos, in the year 351 AF.
