Anwyn, Dear, I do not know you, but judging from your post I would say
you set a series of goals for yourself, and then looked for the easy
route to each of them.. while either not finding one, or several failed
attempts through laziness at getting what you want, you've become
frustrated and jealous of those around you who have achieved what they
want.

The reason, as you stated, all those you have achieved goals are 'old'
is because they have shown the dedication to stick to their path and
reach their goal, understanding that it would take time and hard work,
and that there is, in fact, no easy route.

If you want to be someone great, why don't you get up and try, work at
it, and show some dedication to your cause, rather than whining and
trying to discourage those around you who may have the drive necessary
to reach their goal.
