These are turbulent times for Achaea, and tremors in the Balance
inform me that there are more to come. I have therefore come to
the decision that it is time for me to open my Order and begin
taking followers.

It is my intent to build up a legion of Guardians who will, under
my benevolent hand, strive ceaselessly to maintain the Balance
which is so often imperilled in these days of Discord.

Applications are welcome from all guilds and alignments, for it
is in only in the accomodation of opposites that true Balance
may be achieved. I do not expect constant harmony among those
who follow me, but when the Balance is threatened the Guardians
will act as one.

If you feel you are worthy to take a place among the ranks of the
Guardians, speak with me.
