Well, Dia - you asked a very interesting question - why have a few
people moved from Hashan to Mhaldor?

Well, the answer is you to be perfectly honest - as I recall when your
guild was forming, the only way that you could survive was to leech -
instead of following an honourable path and building up a powerful guild
slowly you had to promise people gold and power - in one case you even
offered a young man your love to get him away from the Crown, rejecting
him as soon has he had left - splitting up a happy relationship,
incidently. I don't deny that there are a couple who leave because they
want to - that will be the case anywhere, but I presume you're referring
to the ones obtained with a lack of honour, who are the only relativly
important number I can think of - and a goodly few returned anyway.

You wanted an answer and you got one - however your argument is a weak
one - I could just as easily ask why so many Mhaldorians moved to
Hashan, and even provide you with a lengthy list of names if you wanted
to press the argument.

When people manipulated the answer is simple - In some cases (and not
all - for the most part a deep affection for the organisation becomes
apparant) a mortal mind wishes for change, wheather than be Mhaldor to
Hashan, Ashtan to Shallam, or any combination you wish to think of. As
Ambassador of Hashan I can see the inflow-outflow ratio of citizens, and
it's not "so many people leaving" at the present. Besides - a city's
greatness is measured in it's spirit - not in the number of people
residing there.
