While I'm sure your recent lodgings in the lovely city of Mhaldor has
certainly affected your current outlook on life, I sincerely hope you've
not let it affect your memory. Last time I checked, my beloved Crown was
nothing like your current abode.

While Mhaldor may have limitations on freedom of speech, this doesn't
mean you need to reflect these restrictions against Hashan. I've never
found it the case that one should hold back an opinion in fear of unfair
retribution.
