Twilight shrines within Hashan

Best greetings to all,

Apologies in advance if this posting becomes overly verbose, my scribe
complains as much as you do (if not more) whenever it happens. I'm
determined to keep this as short as possible though...

That said, from this day forward, after the actions of the Grand Shadow
of the Order of Twilight to use shrines within the citywalls of Hashan
to worldburn countless citizens, the city of Hashan and the laws thereof
no longer recognize these shrines for Twilight as welcome or protected
within the city. Further, each and every shrine is henceforth called to
be erradicated from Hashan, barring one located outside the entrance to
the Shamans guildhall and one within the Dome of the Triad.

His actions against the innocent citizens of Hashan have gained him a
status of maggot, as deemed suitable by the Divine, and are considered
an open act of war against the city of Hashan by the Order of Twilight.

Hence, anyone found hindering the process of shrine removal in any way
will be branded an enemy of the city of Hashan, be it the action of a
citizen or a non-citizen. Actions considered to be hindering consist of,
but are in no way limited to, sanctifying Twilight shrines that are
being defiled and removed, Order 'witnessing' shrines being defiled,
attacking those defiling the shrines (whether within the walls of Hashan
or without), or defiling shrines to any of the city's three current
Patrons (either in the city or without). For those not aware, the
Patrons of Hashan consist of the Ladies Valnurana and Ourania and of
Lord Neraeos. Any members of Twilight's Order found in the immediate
vicinity of a shrine being defiled will be considered a hostile threat
and enemying will ensue.

The citystate of Hashan worked for years to resolve this issue
peacefully, something no longer considered as viable. As such, any
further demands, suggestions, comments or offers by the Order of
Twilight will not be heard in regards to any shrines within Hashan.

Best regards,
Caleth Le'Murzen, Seneschal of Hashan

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Ero, in the year 349 AF.
